I do love a little shop on a Sunday afternoon. I feel like we always deserve to spend money we don't have, on stuff we probably don't really need as a general (life advice right there) but it always feels good to have a little splurge on a Sunday.
So today my Mumma and I took a little trip into Southend and I got a few bits which I wanted to share with you guys, cause I'm well nice like that.

Room & The Hateful Eight |
You will learn many things about me on this blog but one thing I'll think you'll pick up quite quickly is the fact that I love movies.
Like, reaaaaaaaaaalllllllyyyyyy love movies.
I can honestly sit for hours on end, usually on a Sunday as well, just watching films. Comedies, Horrors, Classics, you name it, I'm all over it. So today as my brain directed my legs into HMV I couldn't not pick up these new releases. Now, I know this is a beautiful contradiction to my 'love movies' comment but I actually missed seeing these two films when they were out in the cinema! I know, I know, its properly tragic but a girl has only so much dollar to spend at the cinema, January was BUZZING with incredible films (Imma let you finish but Leo's bear fight was the best fight of all time).
I have really high hopes for these two films though as they were biggies during Awards Season and hello, 'The Hateful Eight' is Tarantino's work, who am I kidding, its going to be mega. Once I've had a watch I'll be sure to let you know my thoughts…ooooohhhh my first review! How exciting!

Benefit's 'Stay Don't Stray' Eye Primer in Light- £20.50 |
Their makeup is fab and they have really cute packaging. I was sold.
For me this product is great as it does exactly was it says on the tin…well cardboard box. It really does keep eye makeup on your lid for hours. I dance competitively in Ballroom and Latin dancing (that's a WHOLE other post) and I would never dream of using another product on my eye. I know that it keeps my eye makeup in place from 6am till 6pm, even when I am a bit of a sweaty betty in a hot ballroom!
It actually gives quite a nice base colour on its own which is perfect for those days when you can't actually be bothered to put any shadow on as well! At £20.50 it is on the pricey side but this product does last as you only need a tiny bit for the magic to work, in fact I can't remember when I last bought one! Big love for Benefit.
Freedom for Topshop Ring- £10
I know the lighting in this picture is shocking, and its really annoying me as well, so soz about that guys. I'll get there with the chic picture taking…baby steps.
So Topshop…it's a bit of me. No wait, it's a massive bit of me. I honestly sometimes think I keep Topshop in business. Like, I literally can't walk past the shop without going in. Its true, and I think I might need professional help to start weaning off my addiction.
Today's purchase though was some jewellery as I'd been banging on about these style rings for aaaaaagggeeees! I think this ring is really wearable and could be worn with a more casual tee and jeans style or be used as a statement piece with a LBD, and I'm all about getting my money's worth innit.
'Bubble' Ring from Pandora- £35
Another ring I hear you say….I'm going to use this as a thumb ring so TECHNICALLY its something completely different…right? Right?!
I've been after a ring to wear on my thumb for ages as I am loving the boho vibe at the moment. I always think that the thumb gets forgotten about and its not fair, its just as good as the other 4, so I'm jazzing this body part up for a change…you should see how much her confidence has grown…its a beautiful thing to see.
So these were my 5 little purchases from today, did you guys have a 'Sunday Spend'? Drop me a comment and let me know what was in your bags, I'm nosey like that.
Until next time,
